Indonesia Travel Bloggers

Hello, this time i wanna share aboat #ITB, are you know ITB?

That is Indonesia Travel Bloggers. They are promoting indonesia as a wonderful and sustainable tourism destination. In #ITB, there are lot of indonesian travelers or travel jungkies that tell much about "How beautiful is indonesia or some of their experiences in traveling". In ITB you can also see some tourism destination, and its Indonesia. "As travel bloggers, we are ambassadors that introduce and promote these different corners and cultures to other members of the family, as well as to the rest of the world. We also engage ourselves in a media activism that helps develop tourism in Indonesia according to principles of sustainability and wise community development. We share a hope that our beaches stay pristine and our forests lush. We also have hopes that our people become empowered through a tourism that grows hand in hand with local businesses, such as environmentally responsible agricultural and fishery activities, handmade production of souvenirs, transportation and accommodation services, traditional cuisines, and many others." they said in ITB blog.
If you wanna be a part of #ITB you can visit their blog and see more information. Twitter :   and Facebook : Indonesian Travel Bloggers    http://indonesiantravelbloggers.com/

Hello now i'd like to share about my fieldtrip to Jogja and Semarang

I'm studying travel industri at one of university. In this trip, i've to explore some city about travel, culinary, tourism attraction, hotel accomodation, all about their traditional things.

Welcome to Jogja

I'd stayed at POP! Hotel Jogja (near tugu statue). Pop is a eco-friendly hotel. more info you can visit http://pophotels.com

before that we've visited Ansor's Silver. Ansor's silver is a place that produce silver and making that silver to be something beautiful.

This is a map of Jogja that i've capture from Dispar Jogja

I've dinner at Gudeg Bu tjitro in front of Jogja Expo Center. Gudeg are cooked chicken into the soup with a combination of herbs ginseng, dried dates, ginger, cinnamon, and secret spices. Savory broth mixed perfectly with the taste of ginseng. Besides delicious, this food also has many health benefits including eliminating fatigue and increase stamina.

Gudeg is traditional food from jogjakarta.
Taste delicious!!
Puspas UGM
Then i also visited Ratu Boko Palace. Ratu Boko Palace is a magnificent building which was built during the reign of Rakai Panangkaran, a descendant of Sailendra dynasty. The palace was originally named Abhayagiri Vihara (meaning monastery on a peaceful hill) was built for seclusion and to focus on the spiritual life. Being in this palace, you can feel the peace as well as see the sights of the city of Yogyakarta and Prambanan temple with the background of Mount Merapi. (from: http://www.yogyes.com/id/yogyakarta-tourism-object/candi/ratu-boko/)
This is Ratu Boko temple. i think, this is the greatest temple ever.

Jakarta Culinary Festival 2012

Hi Food LOVERS,  JCF 2012 has opening at GRAND INDONESIA

These are some info about JCF 2012..
JCF is considered as the first ever true culinary festival in Indonesia and widely acknowledged by the media, hospitality industry, and customers as a breakthrough that continued to push forward the evolvement of the world of culinary in Jakarta.

In a period of 1 month, JCF 2009 had successfully involved the participation of 4 international guest chefs, 19 leading suppliers/producers, 30 culinary-themed events in 7 establishments for approximately 4000 customers and guests--including one massive Grand Opening.

The one-day Grand Opening alone, which was themed 'Fine Food & Fine Art', attracted 1500 people in a period of only 5 hours at City Plaza (Wisma Mulia) common ground.

The following year, JCF 2010 successfully multiplied the event scale, media exposure, number of featured chefs and also exhibitors by at least three. But the truly astonishing fact is the number of visitorsmultiplied by ten, as JCF 2010 profitably attracted almost 40,000 peopleduring the one month of events.

For JCF 2012, our vision and the commitment remain true, only this time we will do it better and more beneficial to all partners that choose to participate.

Saya mengutip beberapa berita ttg JCF 2012
